    1. Setup Fees

    The once-off setup fee covers the time and resources required to configure your AI agents, build your CRM pipeline, train Nova on your business data, and connect all integrations. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

    2. Monthly Subscription Fees

    Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance. No partial-month refunds are issued. If you cancel mid-month, your service continues until the end of the paid period.

    3. Minimum Commitment Period

    All IGS packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. Cancellations requested before the end of the minimum term will not be processed until the minimum period has been served.

    4. How to Cancel

    To cancel your subscription, send written notice to hello@intergalacticsystems.ai with at least one calendar month's notice before your next billing date. Your service will continue through the notice period.

    5. Service Credits

    If IGS fails to deliver a service component within the agreed timeframe due to reasons within our control, we will issue a service credit to your account. Service credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.

    6. Consumer Protection Act

    In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, consumers have the right to cancel a fixed-term agreement with 20 business days' written notice. An early cancellation penalty not exceeding 10% of the remaining contract value may apply. For queries regarding your consumer rights, contact the National Consumer Commission at www.thencc.gov.za.
