1. About Intergalactic Systems
Intergalactic Systems is a South African AI agency providing AI agents, marketing automation, and content creation services for businesses. These Terms govern your use of our services and website at intergalacticsystems.ai.
2. Services
IGS provides done-for-you AI automation services including Voice AI Agents, Social Media Marketing Automation, AI Video Creation, and Web + CRM Automation. Services are delivered as described in the mission package selected at sign-up.
3. Subscription and Payment
Services are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR) excluding VAT. A once-off setup fee is payable at sign-up and is non-refundable. A minimum 3-month commitment applies to all packages. After the minimum period, subscriptions continue month-to-month and may be cancelled with one calendar month's written notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information required to configure your AI systems. You are responsible for ensuring all content provided to IGS does not infringe third-party rights. You must not use IGS services for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI systems, automations, and content produced by IGS remain the intellectual property of IGS until full payment is received. Upon payment, content created for your business is licensed to you for business use. IGS retains the right to reference your business as a client for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Service Delivery
IGS targets a 5–7 working day deployment window from sign-off. Timelines may vary based on client response times and approval delays. IGS will not go live with any system until client approval is received.
7. Limitation of Liability
IGS liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid in the month the claim arises. IGS is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel after the 3-month minimum by giving one calendar month's written notice to hello@intergalacticsystems.ai. Setup fees are non-refundable. No partial-month refunds are issued.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
10. Changes to These Terms
IGS may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
